You are diagnostic, parse out requirements and delve out the ‘true issues’. Work with Dev, Diagnose and move the client forward – this is you!
We have several data governance, compliance, eDiscovery and privacy products in our suite. You are comfortable with VMWare, CentOS, basic DB Stuff, and ok with enterprise admin tasks and moving images, platforms and doing migrations…
Technical Capabilities – Level II skills required:
**PostgreSQL – basic commands mainly
light Python/Perl/Shell Scripting
Virtualization (VM, HyperV, etc.)
Basic disk management
Yes… More – the better.. the More Diverse – the better.. Surprise us!
Most importantly – a desire to be part of a growing, exciting, high energy, very high tech company. You love working in a team, highly collaborative, can use all tools (Telephone!!!, Slack, GIT, JIRA, etc.).
Development is local, remote and really remote – you can work with this. You dive deep into customer environments – understand where network, credential, bandwidth and other issues may be. More importantly – you listen to the customer – and be that voice of abstraction and sanity – to help them through their issue. Anything we missed – you doc it and get it on the backlog – escalating as appropriate!
